~ Supporting adults and teens
through difficult life seasons ~
A warm welcome to you, indeed. Somehow, in this world of impossible pain, you have found me here, waiting with the sky. It is quiet in this glade, for I am a humble tender of hearts. If you wish to sit with me a while, I’d offer you a safe place of care and transformation. Imagine your future self is calling you from across the bridge of time. Take heed, there is a way…
You are invited to work with me if you need support with:
grief, loss, difficult transitions
anxiety and depression
relationship challenges
creativity expansion
activism fatigue
boundaries
skills of resilience
chronic health difficulties
loneliness and lack of purpose
living as a highly sensitive person
emotional and spiritual guidance and support
In my work I love supporting teens, young adults, parents, creatives, queer folks, activists, immigrants, therapists, folks leaning into spiritual growth and many more…
Pillars of Our Work Together:
I offer counsel and mentorship through the lens of attachment (the science of love and bonding).
My main purpose in our work is to offer you an inspiring place to cultivate safety, choice and empowerment in your life. I will give my attuned presence and compassionate listening to you - as your needs and desires will guide our work.
I will aim to slowly earn your trust and cultivate a gentle, secure, reliable container for you to be your authentic self. It will be my honor to hold your tender stories, raw pain and brave dreams.
I am process oriented and although our work will resemble counseling, I do not diagnose clients. I offer a space free from pathology, criticism and judgement, where you are invited to be fully you in all your beauty, in your mess, in your unfolding heartbreak and uncertainty. And we will laugh when we least expect it…as I love to play and have fun too!
Last, we are all harmfully impacted by massive systems of oppression and destructive societal conditioning. Contextualizing this harm is essential in my work with you.
